REDBug, WordPress and Firing up the Grill (Link share)

It has been a little slower at Realeyes latley so I’ve had time to play a bit. While playing I’ve run into some pretty interesting things over the past week, so I thought I’d share a few of the links I liked.

RealEyes Media . RED|bug
Release an updated version recently. Nifty debugging/logger AIR app that we’ve built.

Contacts Data API – Google Code
API from google so you can “own” your contact data…pretty nifty implications.

A test tool for web applications. Selenium tests run directly in a browser, just like real users do. It runs in Internet Explorer, Mozilla and Firefox on Windows, Linux, and Macintosh, Safari on the Mac. We have plans to target Safari on the iPhone in some months.

Head in the sand

Geeze! I feel like my head has been in the sand for the last couple of months. We’ve been extremely busy at Realeyes with a couple of projects. What’s funny is, none of the projects were Flex or AS3 – we’re talking AS2 and Coldfusion. These should be wrapping up here in the next couple of weeks and we’ll be able to get back in to the new and fun stuff.

We’ve been working on some presentation content for some upcoming conferences, so if I can sneak some time between my uppercase Void’s, ‘s and Rock Band sessions I’ll try to get some of that good info up.

Also, with the launch of AIR and Flex 3 RMAUG is planning a nice big launch party with some great giveaways and fun freebies – not to mention the presenters and demos! Make sure you come to the meeting so you can get your 2 cents in some video that we’ll be shooting!

Bought a house!

So I finally bought a house! Got the shiny new keys yesterday!

I’m just really excited about it. So I thought I show everyone the keys that I’m going into debt for 30 years for!

Commenting turned off?!

So, looks like I’ve had my head in the sand for a while and didn’t realize that comments were turned off. We’ll they are back on now. Sorry ’bout that if you’ve tried to comment.
